The Director of Waterford Treasures, Mr Eamonn McEneaney welcomes the International Napoleon Conference delegates to Waterford Treasures this Saturday, the 16th of July for a visit to the beautiful Georgian Bishop’s Palace to view some of our fantastic artefacts, like Napoleon Boneparte’s Mourning Cross and Leticia Bonaparte Wyse clock which was a wedding present gifted to her on her marriage to Sir Thomas Wyse.
Waterford Treasures also plans to unveil the recently acquired and conserved Spinet or Square Piano belonging to Leticia Bonaparte Wyse, which will go on on display in the Bishop’s Palace.
