Exhibition on the Roberts Family – Architects, Artists and Armymen – now open

​Sean Rainbird Director of the National Gallery of Ireland opened the exhibition on Friday 8th. The exhibition – using storyboards, objects and lovely landscape paintings and portraits – shines a spotlight on four generations of this remarkable family starting with ‘Honest’ John the architect who transformed Waterford into a splendid Georgian city who uniquely in Europe designed both the Catholic and Anglican cathedrals. Normal admission price applies.
