As part of Heritage week, Waterford Treasures will be running an extra event, ‘Stories in Stone’ – Guided Walking Tour of the City Walls. Learn the stories behind Ireland’s oldest civic monument, Reginald’s Tower, and the medieval towers and walls of Ireland’s Oldest City! See models of the city’s layout and the original artefacts that have such great stories to tell! Taking place Sunday the 28th of August, between 2:30 and 4pm at a cost of €7 per adult, €6 for students and seniors and with children under 14 free.
