Ivana Bacik is Reid Professor of Criminal Law, Criminology and Penology in Trinity College Dublin. She is a member of Seanad Éireann for Trinity College. Senator Bacik is a noted commentator on legal, social and feminist issues. Her numerous publications include ‘Kicking and Screaming: Dragging Ireland into the Twentieth-Century’.
